In the e-bike industry, the Dutch brand QWIC is playing an increasingly prominent role. This year, QWIC is once again making its presence felt with a new TV commercial on Dutch national television and via addressable tv in Germany. The TV campaign is also supported online, with two goals in mind: building a strong consumer brand and encouraging consumers to visit QWIC dealerships.
QWIC designs e-bikes that make you happy and has a mission to put a smile on your face every time you get on your bike. QWIC offers premium and comfortable e-bikes that help consumers make the choice for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.

Amy Paillot, Marketing Manager at QWIC, explains: “With this TV campaign, we want to transmit the feeling you get when riding a QWIC e- bike and get consumers to experience it themselves during a test ride at our dealerships. Our extensive network of 750 sales points sets us apart from the rest and guarantees a QWIC service point nearby.”
Last year, QWIC chose television advertising for the first time ever. This was a great success. Not only did brand awareness almost double, but traffic and demand for the dealership network also increased.
Television supported by online campaign
Building on last year’s success, QWIC is continuing with the new TV campaign. QWIC can be seen during prime time moments on major TV channels in the Netherlands, such as NPO and RTL4, at the start of the season from mid-March to the end of May. In addition, the TV campaign is supported by an online retargeting campaign that refers to the nearest QWIC sales point in the area.
Now also available in Germany
This year, QWIC’s TV commercial will also be broadcasted in Germany for the first time. Through addressable television, targeted consumers in the North-West of Germany and around the cities of Berlin and Munich will see the German commercial. This is a clear commitment from QWIC in building the brand in the future in Germany.
